Alexandria M.L. Wudyka was awarded her Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk Law University. She works for Ab Initio Corporation, located in Lexington, Massachusetts. Her prior work history includes working at
Acterna Corporation, (formerly Dynatech Corporation) located in Burlington, Massachusetts, where she worked as a Corporate Law Clerk.
At Acterna her duties included the maintenance of corporate record books and minutes for 79 corporate subsidiaries domestic and worldwide. Ms. Wudyka effectuated corporate filings and dissolutions, including 37 acquisitions and 15 asset and/or stock sales to consolidate and grow Acterna from a $329M business to an $1.2B business portfolio in 3 years. She coordinated the selection of new stock transfer agent and helped to negotiate service agreements and facilitate the transfer of shareholder services. She was involved in providing compliance with Defense Security Service (USDOD) for certification of government facility and contracts. Alexandria lead due diligence efforts on acquisitions and mergers, primarily including intellectual property review and state tax registration and filings. Other duties included assisting with securities filings, 10K, 10Q, Annual Reports.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts in Lowell, Massachusetts. While attending law school as an evening student, Alexandria was a Contracts Associate and Senior Intellectual Property Administrator for Genetics Institute located in Andover and Cambridge, Massachusetts. She helped to manage one of the largest IP portfolios in the biotechnology industry.
Ms. Wudyka is active in the legal and intellectual property community. She is a member of the Boston Patent Law Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association.
